Intelsieve, LLC ("Intelsieve", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform and website. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

2. What Are Cookies?

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of our platform. Without them, our Services cannot function properly. They do not require your consent.

3.2 Functional Cookies

We do not currently set any functional cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are set.

3.3 Analytics Cookies

We do not currently set any analytics cookies, and we do not use any third-party analytics or product-telemetry service on our platform or website. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any analytics cookie is set.

3.4 Advertising Cookies

On our public website at intelsieve.com we use the Google Ads tag to measure which advertisements bring visitors to us. These cookies are optional and require your consent. The Google Ads tag is not loaded and no advertising cookie is set unless you select "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you select "Reject", or send a Do Not Track signal, the tag is never loaded.

These cookies are used on our marketing website only. They are not set on the IntelSieve Vision application at vision.intelsieve.com, which carries no advertising or analytics tags.

3.5 Cookies We Do NOT Use

• Social media cookies: We do not embed social media tracking pixels or cookies
• Advertising cookies in the application: The IntelSieve Vision application sets no advertising cookies at all
• Data brokerage: We do not sell cookie data, and we do not combine advertising cookie data with the security data held in your account

4. Third-Party Cookies

We minimize the use of third-party cookies. Where third-party services are used (e.g., Stripe for payment processing), those services may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing:

5. Managing Cookies

5.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner offering Accept and Reject. Strictly necessary cookies are always set. Advertising cookies are set only if you select "Accept"; until then the Google Ads tag is not loaded at all, so no request is made to Google and no advertising cookie is written.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser cookies. Withdrawing consent stops further advertising collection and removes the advertising cookies we can reach from your browser; cookies already set by Google on its own domains can additionally be managed through Google My Ad Center.

5.2 Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

• View cookies stored on your device
• Delete all or specific cookies
• Block cookies from specific sites
• Block all third-party cookies
• Block all cookies (note: this may prevent our platform from functioning properly)

5.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We honor DNT signals. If your browser sends DNT, we treat it as a refusal of optional cookies: the consent banner is not shown, the Google Ads tag is not loaded, and no advertising cookie is set. Only strictly necessary cookies are used.

6. Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we use the following browser storage technologies:

• Local storage: When you sign in to our platform, we store your session in your browser's local storage under the key session. It contains your access and refresh tokens, your basic profile details (user ID, email address, name, and avatar URL), your selected organization, and your identity provider session identifier. It remains until you sign out or clear your browser storage.
• Session storage: For temporary data needed during your current browser session, such as the anti-forgery state used during the sign-in redirect and the page you were on before signing in. It is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not use fingerprinting techniques. Where you have accepted advertising cookies, the Google Ads tag operates as a conversion measurement pixel on our marketing website as described in section 3.4.

7. Data Collected via Cookies

The data we collect through cookies is used as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We do not use cookie data to identify you personally
• We do not sell cookie data to third parties
• Where you have accepted advertising cookies, cookie data is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and is shared with Google for that purpose. We do not combine it with the security data held in your IntelSieve account

8. International Users

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential cookies:

• Non-essential cookies are disabled by default. The Google Ads tag is not loaded until you give consent, and we use Google Consent Mode so that advertising storage is denied unless and until you accept
• You may withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer, or by clearing your browser cookies
• Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via our platform or email.
