Intelsieve, LLC ("Intelsieve", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform and website. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

This Cookie Policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide information to website owners, and improve the user experience. Cookies can be "persistent" (remaining on your device until they expire or are deleted) or "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser).

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of our platform. Without them, our Services cannot function properly. They do not require your consent.

3.2 Functional Cookies

We do not currently set any functional cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are set.

3.3 Analytics Cookies

We do not currently set any analytics cookies, and we do not use any third-party analytics or product-telemetry service on our platform or website. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any analytics cookie is set.

3.4 Advertising Cookies

On our public website at intelsieve.com we use the Google Ads tag to measure which advertisements bring visitors to us. These cookies are optional and require your consent. No advertising cookie is set unless you select "Accept" on our cookie banner.

We operate Google Consent Mode v2 in its advanced configuration. This means the Google tag itself loads when you arrive, but it starts in a denied state: until you accept, it writes no cookie and reads none, strips the advertising click identifier from its requests, and sends Google only an anonymous, cookieless signal that a visit occurred. Google uses those signals to estimate advertising performance in aggregate. They do not identify you or your device, and nothing is stored on it.

If you select Reject, or send a Global Privacy Control signal, the tag is never loaded at all and no request of any kind is made to Google. Google's own guidance for advanced consent mode would still send the cookieless signal in these cases; we have deliberately chosen not to.

These cookies are used on our marketing website only. They are not set on the IntelSieve Vision application at vision.intelsieve.com, which carries no advertising or analytics tags.

3.5 Cookies We Do NOT Use

• Social media cookies: We do not embed social media tracking pixels or cookies
• Advertising cookies in the application: The IntelSieve Vision application sets no advertising cookies at all
• Data brokerage: We do not sell cookie data, and we do not combine advertising cookie data with the security data held in your account

4. Third-Party Cookies

We minimize the use of third-party cookies. Where third-party services are used, those services may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

Our payments provider sets no cookies on our pages. Invoices are issued and collected by Slash on Slash's own website. Nothing we serve embeds a Slash script, frame or widget — you follow a link to Slash, and from that point Slash's own cookie policy applies.

Stripe was our payments provider until 30 September 2026. Its scripts may still load, and may set cookies, on the billing page of the application for organisations with a subscription created before that date. It is not used anywhere on this marketing website.

We recommend reviewing:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: used on the free check sign-up form to tell people apart from automated sign-ups. It may set its own cookies and read browser storage in order to do so. It is strictly necessary for that form, runs nowhere else on the site, and is not used for advertising or analytics. Cloudflare Cookie Policy

5. Managing Cookies

5.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner offering Accept and Reject. Strictly necessary cookies are always set. Advertising cookies are set only if you select "Accept". Until you answer, the Google tag runs in the denied state described in section 3.4 — no cookie is written or read. If you select "Reject", the tag is not loaded at all and no request is made to Google.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser cookies. Withdrawing consent stops further advertising collection and removes the advertising cookies we can reach from your browser; cookies already set by Google on its own domains can additionally be managed through Google My Ad Center.

5.2 Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

• View cookies stored on your device
• Delete all or specific cookies
• Block cookies from specific sites
• Block all third-party cookies
• Block all cookies (note: this may prevent our platform from functioning properly)

Common browser cookie settings:

• Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Other Site Data
• Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions > Cookies and Site Data

5.3 Browser privacy signals

Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional cookies. We record that refusal, the Google Ads tag is never loaded, and no advertising cookie is set. We do not interrupt you with the consent banner, because the signal is already your answer. You can still change it at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.

Do Not Track (DNT). Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. DNT was never finalised as a standard and carries no agreed meaning, so we do not treat it as a decision on your behalf. If your browser sends DNT you will see the consent banner as normal and can accept or reject. Nothing optional is loaded either way until you choose.

6. Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we use the following browser storage technologies:

• Local storage: When you sign in to our platform, we store your session in your browser's local storage under the key session. It contains your access and refresh tokens, your basic profile details (user ID, email address, name, and avatar URL), your selected organization, and your identity provider session identifier. It remains until you sign out or clear your browser storage.
• Session storage: For temporary data needed during your current browser session, such as the anti-forgery state used during the sign-in redirect and the page you were on before signing in. It is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not use fingerprinting techniques. The Google Ads tag operates as a conversion measurement pixel on our marketing website as described in section 3.4 — cookieless and anonymous until you accept advertising cookies, and fully only after you do.

7. Data Collected via Cookies

The data we collect through cookies is used as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We do not use cookie data to identify you personally
• We do not sell cookie data to third parties
• Where you have accepted advertising cookies, cookie data is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and is shared with Google for that purpose. Before you accept, only the anonymous cookieless signal in section 3.4 is shared. Neither is combined with the security data held in your IntelSieve account

8. International Users

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential cookies:

• Non-essential cookies are disabled by default. We use Google Consent Mode v2 so that advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are all denied unless and until you accept; in that denied state the tag stores and reads nothing on your device, which is what the ePrivacy consent requirement governs. Selecting Reject, or sending Global Privacy Control, stops the tag loading entirely
• You may withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer, or by clearing your browser cookies
• Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via our platform or email.
