Before you choose a plan
What counts as a domain?
A domain is one you ask us to monitor. Every subdomain, host and service we discover underneath it is included. You are never billed for what we find.
Do subdomains cost extra?
No. On a paid plan we scan every subdomain we discover under your domain. The free tier counts every host and examines the five most recently seen.
What happens after the free tier?
Free keeps giving you the findings: one domain, scanned weekly, unverified and without alerts. A free account never expires. If you don’t sign in for 30 days, the weekly scan pauses and we send you one email; signing in starts it again. When you want an analyst to validate them and tell you when something changes, move to Standard.
Can I change plan?
Paid plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months — 3 months is 2.5% off and 12 months is 5% off the monthly price. Your invoice arrives by email and can be paid by card or bank transfer; card and bank-debit fees are added at payment. About two weeks before your term ends you get the invoice for the next one. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the due date, the account drops back to Free with your data intact, and comes straight back up when the invoice is paid. Upgrading to a bigger plan takes effect when your current term ends. Prices are in US dollars.
