Content Removal Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Effective date: August 8, 2026
Version: 2.1
Supersedes: Version 2.0 (effective March 2026)
1. Overview
Intelsieve, LLC ("Intelsieve", "we", "our", or "us") is a threat intelligence platform that aggregates data collected using our own collection infrastructure from sources that circulate openly among threat actors and security researchers, including credential dumps and combined credential lists, data extracted from information-stealing malware logs, and material published on ransomware leak sites. We do not purchase data from commercial threat intelligence feeds and do not obtain data from third-party dark web monitoring services. We respect individuals' and organizations' rights regarding their data.
If you believe that data accessible through our Services belongs to you or your organization and you would like it removed, you may submit a removal request using the process described below.
2. Who Can Submit a Request
You may request content removal if:
- The data relates to you personally (e.g., exposed credentials, personal information)
- You are an authorized representative of the organization whose data is displayed
- The content infringes your intellectual property rights
3. How to Submit a Removal Request
Email takedowns@intelsieve.com with:
- Your name and contact information
- The specific data you want removed — include URLs, screenshots, or search terms so we can locate it
- Your relationship to the data — explain why you are entitled to request its removal
- Proof of identity or authorization — e.g., email from a matching corporate domain, or documentation showing you represent the organization
4. Our Response
Upon receiving a removal request, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- Review the request and verify your identity or authorization
- Remove or suppress the data from our own systems within 5 business days of verification, or notify you if we are unable to fulfill the request and explain why
5. Limitations
The five business day commitment in Section 4 applies to our own systems. Once we have removed data, we also suppress it so that it is not re-ingested from our sources.
Where we have previously made data available to a customer or licensing partner, we cannot recall or delete it from their systems. Those parties access data under their own authorization — a Letter of Authority, or acceptance of our Terms of Service — and hold it subject to their own legal obligations. We do not undertake to instruct them to remove data previously provided, and we cannot guarantee its removal downstream.
We may not be able to remove data that:
- Originates from third-party sources we do not control (we will direct you to the original source where possible)
- Is required to be retained by law or regulation
- Is publicly available information that does not relate to the requester
